Common questions about our courses

Most of our programs welcome beginners. Each course listing specifies a recommended level — beginner, intermediate, or professional. If a course requires prerequisites, we list them clearly so you can prepare or choose an alternative track.

Live sessions run on Zoom in small cohorts of eight to twenty learners. Sessions are recorded and available within two hours for anyone who cannot attend in real time. We schedule most sessions in the evening Eastern time to accommodate working professionals across Quebec and Ontario.

Yes. Within the first seven days of a cohort start you may transfer to any other course that has available seats. After the first week, we offer a prorated credit toward a future session if the timing does not work out.

Our certificates verify skill proficiency through a verifiable digital badge hosted on our platform. While they are not government-accredited degrees, many Quebec employers in tech and creative industries value portfolio-based proof of skill, which every course provides alongside the certificate.

We offer a full refund if you cancel before the cohort begins. During the first week you may request a 75 % refund. After week one, no monetary refunds are issued, but you receive a credit valid for twelve months toward any other course in the catalog.

Cohorts range from eight to twenty participants depending on the course. We cap enrollment intentionally so every learner receives personalised instructor attention and meaningful peer interaction during group exercises.
